I was so excited about this luggage. I took the check-in piece on ONE trip and it cracked and is no longer waterproof and I’m certain this crack is going to grow considerably. It’s not usable any longer. What a disappointment. The luggage was attractive but it couldn’t even handle one trip. There are other small scratches which I’m fine with. It’s the full thickness crack that’s not ok.** UPDATE** The company reached out and said they would replace my luggage. They said that I have a worry free guarantee for 3 years and that they stand by their product. They were very kind, excellent service, and got a replacement luggage out into the mail to me immediately. I couldn't be happier. Man, does it look sharp. Also, since the last review I was able to use the carry on luggage. It's PERFECT in every way. The size is amazing, the buckle/snaps work perfectly, the zipper, compartments, everything is beautifully made. It rolls like a freaking dream. They both do, by far the best rolling luggage I've ever had and I've had A LOT. Very happy with item for carry on. I have bad legs and having 4 wheels makes it an unexpectedly good rolling, walking support for balance. I really like the rigid shell and its storage capacity. Would recommend it for sure. Plenty secure for carry on, it’s zipper, like any zippered suitcase is less secure for checked baggage than a totally hard shell suitcase. Heavy enough without being too heavy.

Purchased 2 of these suitcases to replace a well traveled set. Upon receiving I really liked the look (modern and trendy) and solid build quality of the suitcases. My wife really liked how easy they roll and maneuver. Have used them twice already and I can say they are as good as they look. I did have a problem with one of the suitcases. Somehow the locks wouldn't open when I arrived home. I ended having to buy a TSA key to get to my stuff. The reset button on the lock was also locked so I couldn't reset the code. I contacted luggex via email to see if they could help me reset the codes. They were very responsive (same day response) which was very surprising yet comforting. They offered to send me some new locks free of charge. I have to say I was very surprised. They didn't even charge a shipping fee. For their price point and excellent customer service, I cannot see a reason why not to buy from them again when replacing my other set of suitcases.

I recently traveled with this checked luggage and it held up well. The latches were easy and secured my bag. The wheels were smooth and I was able to fit a decent amount of things on both sides of the luggage and was still under the weight limit! The only reason why I’m only giving it 4 out of 5 stars is there are some visible scratches on the handles, otherwise it’s a perfect checked luggage to travel with.

The media could not be loaded. As someone who travels frequently for both business and leisure, I was looking for a reliable 20-inch carry-on luggage. Before purchasing the Luggex luggage, I came across reviews mentioning issues with wheels falling off and the shell cracking, which made me a bit concerned. However, after using it myself, I can say that these issues were not present with the version I received.The wheels on this luggage have been upgraded. They are much sturdier and roll smoothly like a dream, even on uneven surfaces. The shock-absorption system is a nice touch that ensures a smooth ride through the airport.Some users were under the impression that the luggage was made entirely of aluminum, but it’s actually constructed with a PC material shell and an aluminum frame. This combination provides excellent durability and strength. While it’s true that extreme cold temperatures might cause the material to become more brittle, leading to potential cracking if impacted, this is a rare occurrence and the luggage still holds up better than those made with ABS material.Overall, the Luggex 20-inch carry-on luggage has a stylish design, is well-constructed, and offers a great user experience. It’s a solid choice for anyone in need of a dependable carry-on for their travels.

I bought two sizes of this suitcase. They have traveled overseas and back twice and held up well. No visible scratches, which has to be because of the finish because we all know TSA is not gentle with your luggage. So they're durable. I love this lock style because it feels much more secure to me than a zipper. No need to hack the lock when there's a zipper because all you have to do is stick a pen in between the teeth and it's open. I also love that in the larger case there's a fully zipped interior compartment on both sides, and in the smaller case it's fully zipped on one side and has a partition with clips on the other so your clothes are still held in place. They have carry handles on two sides, and are very lightweight. Even after you load them up they roll very smoothly and are quiet, and they are very sturdy. The flat top makes a good drink holder in a pinch too.

I had a Coolife zipper-less carry-on that survived about 5 years and maybe 200+ trips. Granted, I didn't check it. I don't plan to check this bag. It easily fits in the SWA carry-on and I'm guessing even cheaper flights (Spirit, etc) would be no problem. It is light weight. I think it's lighter than my Coolife bag. It rolls easily. The wheels have spring shocks. I'm not too crazy about that, as it's one more thing to possibly break and they have cheesy little windows that show the springs inside (gimmicky).However, the quality looks good. The latches work nice. One advantage to a really light bag is that I can carry it, instead of wheeling it, when I walk over rough areas. That should help with the longevity.I've only flown with it a few times. If I start having issues, I will update my review.

I love the suitcase. Very cool and sturdy, but one wheel broke off on my second trip. I can't find anywhere to purchase a replacement wheel.
