Our tops are made of cold rolled steel **Q: How do you season the griddle?** A: I use flaxseed oil. Do it at least three times to start then maintain it after each use. I recommend you YouTube it if you're confused. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE YOU USE YOUR GRIDDLE. **Q: Considering the 22" Blackstone Griddle. What is in the box...???** A: Mine came equipped with the base a grill top and a fitting for a small canister. Mine was a 17 inch can't say what a 22 would have. **Q: Do you recommend getting the hard cover?** A: Not sure. I don’t have one on my griddle and not planing on getting one either. I cook uncovered anyway and for storage I use the soft cover. ## Frequently Bought Together - Blackstone 1666 22” Tabletop Griddle with Stainless Steel Faceplate, Powder Coated Steel, Black - Blackstone 5079 Hard Cover Top Lid with Handle for 22" Griddle - Lightweight & Durable Storage Hood Cover - Powder Coated Steel - Flat Top Griddle Accessories Water Resistant Premium Model, Black - Blackstone 5471 Propane Adapter Hose & Regulator for 20 lb Tank, Gas Grill & Griddle - Weather Resistant & Corrosion Resistant - Extends Up To 3 Feet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://chile.desertcart.com/products/47749039-1666-22-tabletop-griddle-with-stainless-steel-faceplate-powder-coated](https://chile.desertcart.com/products/47749039-1666-22-tabletop-griddle-with-stainless-steel-faceplate-powder-coated) --- *Product available on Desertcart Chile* *Store origin: CL* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
