Love these! Makes my workouts much more intense. Great quality! I will be buying a new set soon since mine are a little bit stretched out from using them daily for 3 months. I love how they are 10.5" instead of the standard 12".

I was impressed with the quality of the loops and the packaging. It wasn't thrown together like other bands I have seen. It's also cool how the bands each have their own level of resistance. They are of a great quality and I'd definitely buy them again!

Love these bands! Been using them for a few months now on my door frame pull up bar and I've been able to get stronger over time by starting with all the bands a slowly working my way down to the thickest band or the 2 smaller ones. They've held up great so far and I foresee them lasting a long time.

Wasn't really sure what exercises to do with these but was able to find many YouTube videos. I like how it increased the intensity of my workouts. Unlike weights these are easy to travel with so I can workout with them anywhere.

These bands came super fast and were packaged nicely. They stretch really well without the feeling that they are going to snap. I use these for squats, lunges, and even for arm exercises. I highly recommend this product!

Amazing product. These bands have far superseded my expectations. I bought three sets of bands as a gift for my personal trainer and we have on multiple occasions put the bands to work pushing them to the limit. Over all the bands are the SH!T.
