No. The USB port is only for the built in USB audio codec.

You may need to download a Win10 driver for it at Behringer if it doesn't recognise it (although I'd have thought it would have detected it but then again..?!)

Yes it comes with a USB cable which sends the mic inputs to your PC and recording software, yes it also allows you to listen to your regular PC sounds with speakers connected to it if you set it up correctly, hope this helps

Yes, this one does have phantom power. There's a button just above, and slightly to the left of the output fader so you can push it if you need phantom power.
