Great wee gadget.
Great wee gadget for making a small omelette. When it says a splash of milk it means a small splash.I usually add 2 eggs a splash of milk.Mix it up with some seasoning and a some grated parmesan cheese.Pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds. I then remove and stir then another 35 to 40 secs and voila.I am using a 1000w microwave on full power. The poaching however is not very good as the yolk will be hard even with a teaspoon of water.I've only had it a few days and used it every morning.I shall give the poached egg another go but to be honest it wouldn't be a deal breaker.

So easy to use
Great little item. Easy to wash. I put a bit of water in the bottom then crack an egg into it. Close, make sure the little tab on the top is open. Microwave for 40 seconds. Poached egg. Couldn't be easier

Love this vrabd all their microwave products last forever and are excellent quality however despite 2 weeks trying every morning I cannot get a perfect poached egg. I followed instructions...tweaked....tried....just always too hard or snotty. I have given up but still good gor a quick omelette.

Love it!
I'm making eggs more often now. Easy and very fast to make and clean up.I add an egg, salt and pepper, pierce the yolk, and add a slice of cheese on top. Making sure the lid is secure and the vent is fully open, I cook it for 1 min in an 800W microwave. I don't keep it in the container beyond that.I use a silicone spatula for removing the egg to avoid scratching the cooker. Eggs come out easily.Tiniest niggle is that the wee side handle on the bottom half is on the right side, so it's slightly harder than it needs to be to pick it up when open and scoop out the egg (i'm right handed). Would be much easier on the left and maybe ever so slightly larger.

Awesome
4 inch diameter and (one half) an inch deep. An identically sized lid has a small air vent operated by a lever, it is held shut by a sturdy clip and a hinge. It is not watertight, I guess to allow for the escape of steamIt can cook a couple of eggs, a small can of baked beans or a portion of chilli con carne - just chuck whatever in and lump it in the microwave. Curries etc do not stain the plastic. It is non-stick but a light cover of oil is wise otherwise a light nudge or two is needed to have the food leave. Exploding eggs etc no longer spray the inside of the microwave. A light sponge with a little warm soapy water, rinse, dry and you're doneCooking is very much up to the individual. Remembering that, unlike conventional heat, microwave energy cooks from the inside out. Personally I am happily surprised if my egg has a partially runny yolk and I stir everything else halfway throughIf you're looking for a quick snack with minimal washing up .. this may be your answer
