Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. I bought these and with the first use, looked in the over and found part of the sheet about 4 1/2 inches up in the air...pan was totally warped. After dinner I had a difficult time cleaning the sheet, and it was spotted as show in the image below.Very disappointed in this purchase.

Warp at high heat.
These are nice sheets but I bought them for high temperature baking. They warped during cooking at 450 degrees. Very disappointing since I could get the same performance from a much cheaper pan.

Warped and is losing non-stick coating quickly
This product warps at 350-400 degrees (although it straightens out when cooled). What I am most disappointed with is that the non-stick coating is coming off after three months of medium use (I use a silpat to cover the sheet when using) and hand wash it. Both sheets started losing the non-stick covering at the same time.

Warping
I cannot speak to the nonstick capability since I used parchment paper, but I did find that the sheets warped in the heat of the oven. I used them to bake cookies, so the heat was not excessive. They do return to normal upon cooling.

Best baking pans I've ever used
I love these baking sheets! I never have to worry about spray anything on them before because they are stick free. I know what I will be buying everyone for Christmas because these are great gifts!

Cookie sheets
They are not cookie sheets. they are more like cake pans with out a lid. They are not extra large by far.

I’ve only used a handful of times and the surface is removing. I’ve using wood and non-stick surface safe utensils.
