Works well, although I find I have to retighten the head frequently whilst using as it has a habit of loosening.

AVOID IT
The brush is expensive compared to others, me thinking it would be better was the reason I bought it. Turns out it's a nightmare to use as it gets stuck in the brew group of my coffee machine and is very difficult to remove. Doesn't do what it says on the tin therefore.

To avoid
The brush is expensive compared to others of the same style and for the same purpose. Turns out it's a nightmare to use as it gets stuck in the brew group of my coffee machine and is very difficult to remove. Brush is too hard and thus difficult to do a proper cleaning job. Not recommended.
