I ordered this camera from Amazon to update our church live streaming system. It arrived within two days on a delivery that required a passcode to be given to the courier which felt very secure for a high value item. Previously I have used 3 standard fixed focus webcams with OBS software for our church services, but wanted the ability to zoom in, realign the camera and have higher resolution images. ON opening the camera feels heavy and well made and the camera fits the brief perfectly. We will be ordering a second one so that the aligning and focussing can be done out of main program in the OBS preview pane. I have successfully used both the USB and Ethernet interfaces and used the camera with Zoom, OBS and the Microsoft camera App. The image quality is incredibly clear and the movements, zoom function and autofocus are all quicker that other cameras I have used. I have trialled it from the back of our church and used the presets to capture various views e.g. altar, pulpit, lectern, window war memorial etc. I attach a video of this along with a picture from the back of church showing test camera location and screenshots from OBS. I am delighted with my purchase and the customer support from Tongveo and will be ordering more of these. The three year guarantee also gives added peace of mind. If you are looking for a good quality PTZ camera with a range of interfaces and 20x Zoom then I would recommend this as it is much cheaper than some of the more familiar brands.

Really flexible camera with multiple options for control and video output via RJ45 + HDMI + Serial control interface. The camera is good quality and excellent value for money. It comes with everything you need including a wall mount (many other manufacturers require you to buy a separate wall mount). I had to contact customer services regarding an issue and they were very responsive and resolved my issue without any problems.

Purchased to upgrade our church live stream. The 20x optical zoom is great for close ups. We have a very large sanctuary and the sound booth is at the rear of the room. A pulpit close up is possible and the quality is outstanding. You can see the grain of the wood and pattern of the pew cushions!

Meets all our expectations

This Video conferencing system arrives in a brown cardboard box with line drawings of the product on the outside & measuring approx 33cm x 21cm x 21.5cm. The contents of the box are well packed in foam cutouts so they are protected in transit. Inside the camera is inside a plastic bag, as is the speaker. You can feel the build quality as you unpack it, with all parts feeling well engineered & built to last. The camera has a footprint of 17cm x 17cm (but is a hexagonal shape) & is approx 20cm high max. It has a weighty base & 4 rubber feet so it won't damage your surfaces. There is a wall mount included in the box for the camera & it can be fixed level or tilted up to 15 degrees, either right way up or upside down. Camera base is screwed to the mount so it won't be going anywhere & would make it hard to remove if that is a concern. It is possible to get a ceiling mount or a tripod bracket for this camera instead, but they are available to purchase separately from the manufacturer. The speaker phone has an approx diameter of 16 cm & a low profile at just under 4cm high, so it can easily be stored in a drawer or cupboard if not in full time use. It picks up sound from all around it very well even with some background noise. The instructions for the speaker phone are in a separate manual to that of the camera & remote control, so you can keep the manual with the device in each case. The remote control is a larger size one, more like one for a tv than the usual teeny type you get with so many devices nowadays, so it's comfortable to hold with clearly labelled buttons on it. You need 2 x AA batteries to operate the remote (not included) & it's worth spending some time familiarising yourself with it's operation before trying a first professional outing as it has a bit of a learning curve to familiarise yourself with it's functions & get the best out of your camera. In operation, this is easy to use, with sharp images, a smooth pan/tilt & clear audio. Has played well with Zoom, Teams, FacebookLive & Skype (haven't tried the others). This is not likely to be attractive to most people, but for businesses who want fuss free, decent quality, reliable equipment for group calls that not only looks, but functions as expected, then this is actually decent value. It comes with a 3 year manufacturers warranty including repairs (no mention of who would pay the postage however or how much that might be). Well worth considering.

J'ai beau réfléchir je ne vois pas tellement ce qu'elle n'a pas qu'on serait en droit d'avoir à ce prix. + Dans un environnement bien éclairée, la qualité de l'image est très correcte. On peut même tout à fait l'envisager en stream. + Télécommande, elle aussi très complète. + Mouvements très fluides. + Zoom également fluide en mode lent. + Montage mural/plafond possible et fourni. + Possibilité de faire tout une installation de ces caméra en série + Micro correct mais sans plus + Le prix pour une telle caméra. Les moins - Pas toujours simple tant il y a des options qui ne sont pas toujours bien clair

I’ve been using the TONGVEO Wireless Conference Room Webcam for a few weeks now, and I’m very pleased with its performance. I primarily use this camera for live-streaming church services via Zoom, and I run everything through OBS Studio. I'm happy to report that the camera integrates seamlessly with OBS — no issues at all. The PTZ controls make it easy to get the perfect shot. Beyond church services, I also use this camera as a regular webcam on my laptop for WhatsApp video calls, and it works flawlessly for that purpose too. Very satisfied with this full-featured PTZ camera purchased at an affordable price. It gives excellent image quality with available light, and very low noise even in low light conditions. The sturdy build quality and attractive design make it a pleasure for me to set up at conference venues for multi-camera shoots feeding HDMI signal into my ATEM extreme ISO. I had no problems using long HDMI cables (75 foot fiber optic HDMI). The IR remote is very intuitive and well laid out. The onscreen menus are logical and easy to navigate. I've been shooting on mirrorless cameras on tripods for so long I didn't fully realize the amazing convenience of PTZ cameras. This camera has shown me the light of PTZ efficiency so much so that I got a controller (which you can see in my photo) and a POE switch too. The interconnect was very straightforward and the settings for networking the controller to the PTZ camera was clearly documented in the user manual included with the camera. When I had questions about sharpness settings and the POE power consumption rating, I got immediate and very helpful response from the Tongveo / Tenveo support team. They were very knowledgable and clear. I fully recommend this camera and company -- especially if you are outfitting a studio or venue etc. for multi-cam switched production with a 1080p switcher like the ATEM mini / extreme etc. I have already recommended these cameras to a client of mine who then purchased four of them for his music production studio allowing him to sell a new service offering -- multi-camera video capture -- to his musician customers who love to document their recording sessions. How else could he provision a 4-PTZ-camera studio with an ISO recording switcher for under $3000 total? These cameras by Tongveo / Tenveo are a serious enabling technology for this use case. Since writing my review I purchased two more of these cameras and looking forward to adding them into my production studio.
