Q: Does it fit to alienbees/paul c buff mount?

No. It needs a balcar adapter. I had to change the mount plate. I used this mount "Speedring for Softbox Soft Box fits Einstein AlienBees AlienBee Alien Bee / Balcar Flash Speed Ring". The softbox with the new mount fits my alienbee perfectly

Q: How do i assemble this (no manual)? which numbered holes on the ring do i slide the rods into? how do secure the outside of the softbox to the rod

This soft box will require some effort to setup. However the holes to use are 1 and 3.

Q: Does this work with the godox s-type speedlite bracket bowens mount holder?

Yes but I'd recommend making sure you get the Godox bracket. There was another brand alternative that I tried and the sizing was just a bit off but enough to keep it from staying on.
