very impressed and nice unusual mugs
One mug arrived smashed, quick e-mail to seller and whole set of four was replaced, very impressed and nice unusual mugs.

Not as good as some
The cups are perfect size and easy to use but the glass is very thin, making them very fragile. 2 of them have somehow leaked into the vacuum area. We can find any cracks in the glass and really can’t understand why it has happened.

Lovley glasses but..
At the beginning they were perfect, but after a while some of the glasses started to leak. Water started to go between the glasses.Never wash them.in the dishwasher.Shame

Excellent service
These are my second batch of double walled cups from this supplier. They arrived well packaged and intact. These cups are fantastic at keeping hot drinks hot for much longer than a normal tea/coffee cup.

Too flimsy
I regret buying these. They feel flimsy and I haven't had them long but already one is broken - I just tapped it while lifting a bag of porridge oats above it and it smashed - into tiny and difficult-to-clear-up pieces. I'll stick with the stronger Bodum ones in future. They cost more but I now see that you get what you pay for!

Les tasses sont très belles. C'est sympa de voir le contenu par transparence. Isolent bien de la chaleur du liquide. Malheureusement, le verre est vraiment très fin et elles sont toutes déjà cassées

Ne pas immerger dans l’eau.
Les tasses ont un trou en dessous. S’il y entre de l’eau, vous ne pourrez plus la sortir. Il y a donc de l’eau entre les parois de verre. De la moisissure s’y forme. Donc l’avez à la main et faire attention de ne pas laisser l’eau entrer pour le trou sous la tasse.
