It is so smooth and nice every time I turn it on
Some stuff is ok to cheap out on. Plumbing is probably not one of those things. I expect this to last for a mighty long time. It is so smooth and nice every time I turn it on. Even more smooth as I turn it off! Switching from each sprayer (shower head high up and hand shower mounted about 4 foot up) is nice and running both is the best! If you are looking at this then you should probably buy it.

Nice product. Works well. The only negative thing I can point out is it does show water spots easily. Even when we clean them off, they are still faintly there. But overall a good value and reliable.

Excellent quality
I've always loved Hansgrohe products because they are made durable and it lasts a long time. I've had mine for 3 years. Still works great!

Great Customer Service
First off, Hans Grohe products are well made and feel great to use.The plumber installing the shower trim got the screw in the diverter handle stuck - won't go in or out. I called Hansgrohe and they are sending a new handle. It was that simple.
