It is what it is. Solvent cleaner. Very good quality
This is solvent cleaner. If your repairing anything like a spa then this is what you need to clean and prime the surface.

Protect your hands - hazardous liquid
This is one of the more effective solvents that I use to clean my knife and mixing board after applying expoxy resin. It is hazardous to work with so I wear industrial rubber gloves and use old rags every time.
