These note pads are made of paper that is too soft to be used with many pens. I won’t buy again.

Paper a bit thin. Also ruled too narrowly for easy writing. But it’s recycled!!!!

These are my "go-to" writing pads - great product for the price....

Useful for teacher meetings

These legal pads are fine as scratch pads. However, the paper quality is very low. Many pens including gel and ball point pens do not flow well on it. It is newsprint, except worse, in that it seems to be adulterated with plastic residues that interfere with the flow of ink. Next time I will buy the Ampad Gold Fibre brand, despite the relatively high price, and try to manage by seeking deals involving bulk purchasing.
