Gold 'N Hot Curling Iron
The curling iron arrived within 24 hours. It heats up quickly and works great. The 1 1/2 inch iron works best on long hair. I am going to order the 1 1/4 iron next.

the gold is DEF the best with irons
SO, the gold is DEF the best with irons, and the mega hot makes for quicker curling. This iron also has GREAT spring/hold to it. Issues ARE - 1. this iron DOES in fact, putz out after a couple or few months - stops heating. 2. the heat degree dial constantly gets jarred during use (I taped mine) 3. 500 IS too hot, it will break your hair significantly and leave it smelling burned/dead - ugh! Best route is to go gold plated, up to 450 MAX, prapare to have a back-up or re-purchase in a couple or few mos. NO fun to be in travel and suddenly your curling iron won't heat - !
