Good matcha
I am happy with this matcha. This is the 3rd matcha I have had - nice colour and taste and says from Japan on tin. Matcha will always clump and needs to be whisked really but Thai clumps less than the others I have bought so I’m happy with this.

I'm not usually fond of herbal infusions, but these were very pleasant and not available in my local store. Nice variety.

Nice flavour Tea
I bought these as I had sampled these from a recent holiday. They have a very nice flavour, do they help you sleep. I think if you have a cup of this tea as well as doing all other things, keep off your phone, laptop etc then it does help a little. have not got myself into a full every night routine of the having this tea.

Absolutely worth it
The only tea i need before sleep. I noticed that my sleep improved and i love the taste too. Feel like its value for money as well compare to other products in the shops .

Cheaper than I can get at the supermarket
These are ok - some are a lot more pleasant than others, but this is going to be a very individualistic taste point. There’s a strawberry one that isn’t overly fruity, but it has a nice sweet taste, yet I cannot stand the smell of the raspberry one. The others are fine for me. Do they guarantee perfect sleep? Well, no, but they can form part of your preparations that may encourage a better night.
