Memorex White CD-R Labels 3202-0412, 50-Count

Memorex is the brand I've used for years for CD labels. Someone gave me a non-Memorex brand that didn't work well. Had to purchase the NCH Software "Disketch Plus" software to be able to print the entire label (Including the small center circle). It doesn't print the jewel case labels so I have to use my old 1998 Label Maker program for those. But, back in business with good labels.YoMikeB

I actually had to create my own label templates for this product on Microsoft Office Word 2007, because the Memorex software was ancient -- from 2005 -- and wouldn't allow me to upload my own images to use on the CD labels. Instead, it gives you a bunch of cheesy-looking Clip Art images to use.Unless you want to go through the trouble of creating your own template and potentially wasting a few labels in the process, go with something like Avery, which has free Word templates available on its site, without the unnecessary restrictions of the Memorex software. If you want to go through the hassle of create separate templates for your discs and, say, envelope address labels -- since no one really uses jewel cases anymore-- then I suppose that this would be the cheaper, long-term alternative.

I was originally disappointed to not find the exact quality Memorex Cd labels I was looking for. I guess I wanted to buy the exact package I had with it's markings the same. After spending some time searching I finally realized the exact duplicates were not available, so I settled for the plainly marked package of Memorex replacement labels I had seen on Amazon.Turns out these replacement labels are head and shoulders better in quality than the originals! I am pleased, because my fear was that they would become separated from the Cd at some point. So far so good! They seem to be stronger and more adhesive than the old ones...and they arrived expeditiously! Thanks Memorex for raising the quality bar on your re-fill products!

Make sure you've got that sucker lined up where you want it, because you don't want to have to try to peel it off again. You can, sometimes, but you'll crack the ink. If you're doing an image for the whole disc, make sure you have a bleed around it, because sometimes it gets off alignment in the printer and you wind up with a white edge.

Used this product for a DVD Cover and it is excellent. You can print anything on the white memorex cover and it accepts/prints on whatever photo you have selected. A great way to make your DVD's appearance a 10!

This is a good but not great product. The older generation Memorex White CD-R Lable paper was glossier and printed colors more true and vibrant. However, quite often, the registration would be off and many sheets were wasted in this way. The paper made for this item is a matte finish and the colors are duller but I've not had any significant registration issues; things print where they're supposed to. So it's a bit of a trade off. All in all, I'm satisfied with this item.

Labels are compatible with the Stomper Labeling System. Excellent product !

I really like the ease of printing labels that simply stick to my cds to show me what I have put on the cd. I've never had any problems personally, but I have heard of one problem. I put a label on a final project for my graduate program at college. I'm not sure how, but the label came off inside my professors cd drive. He couldn't view my project and his CD drive had to be taken apart and cleaned. I'm a little more cautious now when labeling my cds.

Same quality that other brand name labels, no issues with the software or printer, the quality of the picture I used as background was excellent. I was a little concerned because Canada Post folded the envelope to deliver into my mail box, but no damage was done, I just used a heavy book to flatten the package.I'll buy again

The pkg promised a free download of expressit. The memorex Site itself does not have the downloads. I ended up picking one of the 3rd party sites to download the software. After the download, I was quite disappointed with the limited features and options come with the software. I need to look online again for added features. Still haven't able to use the labels due to the unsatisfactory use of the software.
