I bought these because they were cheap and stylish! BUT I was met with frustration and disappointment.1. The color on the product photo is not the same as you receive in person (it’s not white washed wood, it’s light wood).2. I slipped the screwdriver twice and it chipped. The “wood” is made by compressed chips of wood that breaks really easily! Think of ikea furniture.3. I could’ve been fine with the other problems but this was takes the cake. I was at the very last step and the door WOULDN’T fit. It’s a swinging door and there was not enough room to swing it; therefore, there was not enough room for the metal pieces that make it swing.4. It also says it’s a 40 min assembly which is a lie. It took me a good 1hr and 1/2 to finish or almost finish.5. I’m just sad that I wasted my time, money, and energy on something cheap.I still give it a 3/5 because they are cute and cheap. If all those things don’t bother you- definitely get them! So aesthetically pleasing but not for me. You get what you pay.

These look exactly like the picture! Super easy to put together as well. I would like them better if the door was a drawer instead, but overall I love these a lot!

Overall the look and functionality of the table is great. However!! Many of the pre drill holes do not line up, especially the door hinges. The cabinet with the video shows how the hinges do not line up and cause the cabinet to not fit properly and rub against the top shelf. The other cabinet in the picture, has gaps all around which doesn’t make it look good. Wouldn’t buy Nathan James products again, better to buy IKEA.

Overall these were fairly easy to assemble and have a nice look. However, I ordered a set of two and each magnetic door opens from left to right. If you are a person sleeping on the left side of the bed, you can’t open the bottom of the nightstand in a way that would be easily accessible. It will be too much work to return so we’re going to try to figure out how to switch the hardware to the opposite side. Would not buy again.

I'm pretty happy with these! I have one on each side of a queen bed. Each one holds a small lamp and an Alexa or a wireless phone charger. I like that there is a little storage for books to read at night and chargers for my smartwatch and FitBit. I am happy with these! I would only warn others to look at the dimensions, but if you are looking for a small nightstand this is great.
