Listen, I never thought I'd feel powerful holding a tiny 6-inch metallic machinist ruler, but here we are. This little guy is the Excalibur of measurements, and I am now the undisputed king of precision. First off, it's METAL. Which means it's basically indestructible. I dropped it, stepped on it, and may or may not have used it to open a snack package—not a scratch. If my house were to collapse, I’m convinced this ruler would be the only thing left standing. The markings? Crisp, clear, and precise. None of that faded, barely-readable nonsense. This thing means business. It measures things down to the fraction of a millimeter, which makes me feel like an engineering genius even though I mostly use it to check if my desk is actually level. Bonus feature? Doubles as a mini lightsaber when I dramatically flick it out of my pocket. (Am I a Jedi or just a guy with a cool ruler? Who can say?) Would I recommend it? Yes. Would I fight off intruders with it if necessary? Also yes. Final verdict: 6 out of 6 inches—perfectly measured and perfectly awesome.

For quick on the fly measurements it’s really really good but the increments are extremely tiny and it’s laser etched on so it’s kind of hard to see in certain lights definitely a good pick up if you’re just looking for a quick measurements on stuff it’s only 6 inches though so it’s pretty tough to get exact on it but if you know how to use it properly it is an amazing talk a little flimsy though very thin
