It's a laptop. It works.
Hardly get the product out of the box and Amazon wants an opinion. It's a laptop. What more is there? It's fast, has the 1 TB memory which is more than adequate for my needs. The sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. Screen quality is OK. But that's OK too. I have it connected to a 21" monitor.

Great laptop
I purchased this HP laptop because my Dell that I had for one year started to have issues. This one has a nicer keyboard layout and is much more functional. I highly recommend.

Decent laptop
This is a nice lightweight laptop and after a week its performed as expected.The only con I have noticed is the keyboard is pretty chinsy and had I known about it I would have selected a different laptop.Pros are good battery life, nice big screen for a laptop and it is lightweight.

Moisture within
Unusable. Blank monitor even with multiple reasonable attempts. If I could give a zero star on this item, I would. Update- 8-29-2023- it cost so much to get it repaired. Hoping it will work afterall!!! Update: 5-8-2025. It was a waste of a lot of money (including out of the country shipping and handling)- it just sits at the repair shop up to this moment. Wasteful purchase. Useless junk! Never again!!

Overall a good laptop with one key flaw
This laptop does everything it promises and has plenty of speed and space. The display is nice. The only flaw, which is problematic in my opinion is the flimsiness of the keyboard. The surface of the supporting frame of the keyboard is soft and when you press keys, the entire surface caves in a bit. This is because it is made of inadequate material. So if you are one of those who press hard on keys, like I do, this will annoy you. If you have a soft touch, then you probably won't notice it as much.
