the product is very good. easy to use & convenient. the only upgrade needed is to be connected to WIFI

Within one week finger print sensor not working.
Installed it after 25 days of delivery becuse i was not in uae and installed it after i came back n used just one week , within that finger print sensor not working, also return window closed , sent mail and called amazon customer support but no positive support.

It was my first time trying a smart door lock, and I’m very happy with the choice I have made!I highly recommend it to whoever looking for a really “smart” door lock!

its not worth it. Falling apart after 1 month of use.
The device is falling apart and breaking from inside after only 1 month of use. It doesnt have auto lock like what the seller stated. It only lock it self not the actual door lock. Its highly not recommended. Just buy a proper lock with handle from a known quality brand.
