I can say that I was not sure about a camera alignment system, but it works pretty well. The image quality is set for the machine software to use so, it is not really super high quality images and there is no sound. The only downside is that the clamping device, when mounted to the laser frame, interrupts the use of the laser. I just mounted it to the work table and no more problem. When not in use by the machine, it is installed as a "looking down " camera for other projects. I like this set up and will use it for many other things in my crafting and hobby work. I would recommend this for anyone that needs a USB self contained camera and mount system for whatever.

Honestly not sure this product work it wont even register notification on 3 different computers along with miss spellings and errors in the installation instructions there is no collaboration with the laser ingraver ano wires or wiring diagram how to connect this thing to your ingraver and not thumb drive to down load the program. Maybe it's me but I will be returning this un useful so called camera interface. I have the latest model it claims to be able to collaborate with.

I didn't know how useful this would be until I had it. Trying to line up items to cut without this was challenging and sometimes very error prone (I had quite a few cuts that were just off enough that they wasted the wood which is so frustrating). Once I had the camera installed it has been a life (and material) saver. The instructions were a bit challenging but there are a ton of you tube videos on how to set this up which are very helpful. Calibration is also a bit tedious but very important. Having a way to know exactly where my material is inside my laser bed is so great. No more cutting outside the material boundaries, no more wasted cuts. I only wish there was a way to mount this that fit better into a "normal" sized enclosure.

Wow, adding a camera to my laser using a program called lightburn is awesome. This camera makes it so you can update image and watch the print live while in lightburn. Once calibrated, using it to move your images on your live view workspace is a time saver and material saver. Just calibrate it correctly and use the metal measuring stick for your height above your work material.

followed set up three times and just wont work it a camera thats all and i can buy cameras at walmart that work the same as this one maybe it will work for someone else but not worth the money
