The powder coating is really really sharp in my garage gym. Perfect for what I need. My back hurts if I use a straight bar too much. I can really get my back up and straight to reduce and pressure on my lower back. Great product, took very little time to put together with 2 wrenches.

This helps me by allowing me less pain for my squats and deadlifts. Plus, shoulder shrugs are easier, too!

Not going to lie I’ve been trying to break this bar and it is hanging in there. I thought it was cheap junk since it bolted together but so far so good.

It’s lightweight but strong, well balanced and sits high enough to load 45’s without having to lift the bar while loading.

I have some back issues that cause some pretty severe pain when I try to do a traditional squat. This bar alleviates so much of that pain. For the price it’s an excellent bar. Easy to assemble too. I highly recommend

It works great better than expected!

It’s solid and easy to assemble, but the grips are too far apart. They’re around 31 inches apart but they should be more like 25 inches apart. I’m 6’6 and it’s still way too wide.

Agree with another reviewer: solidly made but grips spaced too far apart.
