I bought the Sonkir Soil pH Meter because, over the years, my houseplants have not so much “died” as mysteriously vanished from the living world under my supervision. If the FBI had a cold case unit for peace lilies, I would be on the top of a watchlist. This little meter has changed everything. Instead of standing over a sad plant saying, “maybe it needs vibes,” I can now actually check the soil and make decisions based on information, which is apparently how successful plant owners have been doing it all along. It is easy to use, reassuringly practical, and makes me look like someone who understands horticulture rather than someone who once drowned a cactus. Even better, it does not only test the soil pH; it also checks the soil moisture, which means I can rescue plants from drowning like I’m David Hasselhoff sprinting across the living room in slow motion, except with more compost and fewer red shorts. My family now sees me walking around with this meter and assumes I know what I’m doing. I have chosen not to correct them. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. I purchased the 3-in-1 soil moisture/light/pH tester about 1.5 months ago. It worked fine initially, but it has now stopped functioning correctly: - Moisture readings barely change whether I water the plants or not - Light readings are nearly identical in direct sunlight and in shaded areas

Easy enough to use but I'm not sure about the results. Maybe everything I test is slightly on the alkaline side of neutral or maybe it is just set up to show this reading. I'm not convinced but may be being unfair to the tool. Successive fertilising makes no difference to reading, nor does ericaceous compost. Stopped using it.

Bought this to test the pH of our soil but have also used it to test moisture levels in pots. As mentioned by others you do need to keep the probes clean and from the start it is best to remove any oxidisation. The seller is aware of this and it seems a shame they do not supply an abrasive cloth with the package. I used a piece of very fine sandpaper. The other factor that buyers need to be aware of is the probe needs to put 6 inches into the soil - not always possible.

No es el mejor ni el más preciso por eso no mentiría dandole 5 estrellas, pero aparatos con más precisión suben a más de 10 veces el precio y con funciones de medir pH y Humedad en aparatos separados. Por el precio es el mejor que he probado, superior a los digitales del mismo rango de precios.
