Okay, this seems a bit pricey for a plastic bowl, but it's really handy if you have the Borner mandoline. The V-slicer slides right into slots on the bowl, so you don't have to hold it while you work. I haven't had any issues with slippage-- it's very secure. At the same time, it comes off easily so you have quick access to your veggies. The bowl is a nice size and holds quite a bit., and it has a drainage piece in the bottom helps keep your veggies dry. I highly recommend this as a supplement to the V-Slicer, along with the safety holder and a pair of cutting gloves.

The item is well conceived. It was recommended by a chef who uses it all of the time. I like how everything fits into one to make storage footprint minimal. I just wish the directions were clearer. It says it can slice and dice in different thicknesses. But, even the enclosed CD is very basic. It leaves the user to guess how to get the feasible end result.

To hold the grater so when grating is easy n at the same time collect the fruits..

Die Schale ist ein Muss für die Reibe. Jetzt kann man die Reibe besser bestimmungsgerecht nutzen, sie wird fixiert und es fliegt auch (fast) nichts mehr durch die Gegend. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn die Schale spülmaschinenfest gewesen wäre, aber sie ist auch so gut und schnell zu reinigen. Die in manchen Bewertungen angemerkte fehlende Rutschfestigkeit habe ich dadurch gelöst, dass ich meinen Silikon-Topfuntersetzer darunter lege. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Wenn es mal mehr Geschnipsel sein soll, ist diese Schüssel ein Muss für den Hobel. Besser gehts nicht. Man muss nur die Reibe genau auflegen. Habe die gleiche Serie von Hobel und Schüssel gewählt. Ob das mit den Anderen auch passt weiß ich nicht. Wollte aber auch alles in diesem tollen Rot haben. Schüssel ist sehr gut beschichtet hat auch ein gutes Eigengewicht und gute Standfestigkeit. Prima!! ( Allerdings das Schälmesser als Zugabe ist für die Tonne geeignet. )
