A Beginner's Guide to Urban Design and Development: The ABC of Quality, Sustainable Design Paperback – 18 April 2023

I'm a teaching assistant who has been involved in various urban design projects in the studio. I have now progressed over 1/3 of the book. I have found it to be really useful as it comprehensively summarises the essence of urban design and its design development. The book has been lively and humorously written, yet uses language that is accessible to those who have no idea about urban design or the built environment design field. The author also shares her own experiences in practice to refine the design approaches. I would highly recommend it. The only minor issues I noticed are that the words inside were too close to the book spine, and a few typesetting issues.
