I was going to have the grout line professionally cleaned but stumbled across this product and decided to give it a chance because it was so cheap. OMG!! This was sent by god! Literally the easiest process ever. Pour the liquid on the grout line, let it sit for 2-3 minutes and gently scrub. The dirty lifts up like you’re lifting butter from out of a tube. I don't normally write reviews but for this product, I absolutely had to. This stuff is unreal. I had my entire downstairs done with porcelain right at the beginning of covid. It was not cheap. Since then my grout has gotten pretty rough. I was under the impression that it would have stayed brighter longer. Unfortunately I was wrong. I was looking into other products to clean the grout but wanted to make sure whatever I purchase was porcelain safe. Last thing I wanted was to ruin my flooring. Even if only in an inconspicuous spot. Well this stuff is it. I read the directions throughly but decided to kind of go my own way with it. In order to conserve product I used a 14g needle set I purchased (on Amazon) to draw out the liquid then slowly press along all the grout lines. By the time I got done with the area I was working with I used a few different brushes until I found one that works best. A simple libman one. I scrubbed the lines then wiped up immediately after. Then a simple mop with fresh water and that's it. It's stunning how it brought my grout back to life. It's like it was never dirty. Take into mind the video is included was just an example to show a friend before I decided to make a review. I didn't let it sit nearly as long as I had been for doing the entire floor. Maybe 30 seconds at best. If you're on the fense about this stuff, let my post solidify your decision. THIS STUFF WORKS.

Works well if applied correctly. Will cause damage to baseboards. It is very runny. I used almost 6 bottles to clean approx 1200 sq ft of tile. You apply it to the grout line, wait a couple of minutes as it bubbles up, then scrub with a grout broom. While it is bubbling, wipe up the dirty solution with a clean rag or towel. Do a small area at one time, say 4' x 4'. Otherwise it will dry up and settle back into the grout line. Wear shoes and gloves. It is an acid and will burn your skin. Overall, I am pleased to find a product reasonably priced that can handle grimy traffic areas. Wish the bottles were larger sized as it doesn't go too far. I found out the hard way that it will damage the baseboards if it flows under them. Will use a towel next time to keep the stuff away from them. I will sand them down and repaint them this spring, really the damage is pretty isolated to a few spots here and there. The grout was originally very light beige. It is now greyish beige and lighter than the black they were. It is a LOT of work, I'm not going to lie, but it beats ripping out all the floor tile to replace it. The tile is porcelian and still beautiful. The stained grout was just ugly. Next time I will not install flooring with a grout line! Lesson learned.

I had big hopes for this product on my tile floors but it was just ok. Not so great in the shower either.

When I read the glowing reviews I thought I’d give this a try. WOW!! It got my 20 year old bathroom tile grout clean. I mean CLEAN! It works quickly, too. I applied the product, waited 2 minutes, scrubbed a bit with a brush and wiped it up. The paper towel I used to wipe up the dirt was black. It got all the baked in dirt and grime out. Best product!!
