It is a book containing worksheets that can aid in working through therapy.
The author could have proof read the workbook more thoroughly before printing. Even so, it could still prove useful even with the spelling errors.

Worthless
The author says 'learn' however there's no teaching, just 45 of the same worksheet. I will be returning this book with the hope that it is recycled into toilet paper, arguably a better use for it.
