Lamaral ankle brace

I have had Plantar Fasciitis in both feet for a couple of years on and off (mostly on). I wanted something to keep my calf stretched at night. This works, but it took me a long time to put it together because I was reading the instructions that came with the package. The instructions have a picture of a different design, with two strap buckles on the side. The product you get has one strap buckle that should hang on the exterior where your shin is. It hooks to a strap that comes off the toe of the boot.REAL INSTRUCTIONS - unhook and unvelcro everything to begin, laying it out with the long black tension strap extended away from you. Your toes will go on the pad attached to the long black strap.1) Bend the large padded part to go match the angle where the top of your foot meets your shin.2) The main/colored straps next to the long black strap will go around the ball of your feet. Leave the black strap at the top of your toes for the time-being.3) The bent part will go on TOP of your foot to your shin, not under your calf.4) Secure the second colored strap to your leg, going around your shin and calf..5) Thread the long black strap at your toe to the metal buckle at the front of your shin. That is the ONLY strap holding the tension. The photos make it look like there should be two straps, one at each side...but this is clearly not what you are working with.

Got the product and used it the same night. I have been suffering with planar fasciitis for many months and the pain was so bad upon rising from the bed in the morning and after sitting for a long time or a long distance drive. I have been doing the exercises the doctor recommended and thought what do I have to lose but pain. I used the ball included with the boot and put it on just before bed. I thought it would keep me awake but it didn’t. I was anticipating some pain upon getting out of bed in the morning but it was magic no limping or pain. What a world of difference for me. I would recommend this product and the value of it is worth it. I’m sure it would have costed much more if I got it through my doctor. It was his next recommendation to me. I couldn’t wait until the next appointment so I made the purchase. Love it and hope it helps with my healing process.

The night split has been a tremendous relief with the discomfort and pain I have been feeling in the heal of my foot. My provider recommended I sleep in a splint which I why I purchased this particular one. It is soft yet sturdy, not bulky, is breathable and allows my foot to move as I turn throughout the night effortlessly. It is also adjustable to the foot. The Velcro offered me option in how far I wanted to extend the front of my foot. The ball was a bonus that I use at work and at home.

I’ve had intense plantar fascia pain for weeks, every morning that I wake up it’s painful to walk, but not after one not with this brace. I didn’t have the pain I’ve had for days and weeks. It almost felt gone! I even walked around the house with this on before bed, and I took it off half way through the night! I’m impressed! Thank you!

This helps at night to alleviate some of the pain taking the first steps in the morning. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was somewhat confusing to get it set up at first.

Is fully customizable to fit virtually any foot. Angle is easily adjustable and is comfortable to sleep in all night. The massage ball takes some getting used to if you are ticklish but definitely makes a difference. After using a few days, my plantar faciitis is fully under control and I am almost 100% pain free. I expect to be fully healed shortly but will continue to use this as a precautionary measure. When it eventually wears out, I will buy another to replace it. Nice to have one around "just in case." Highly recommended.

This night splint works better than the old splint I had where the foot rested in the splint and the straps came over the top. My foot would slide partway out over night. This one is more comfortable and stays on. Happy with this purchase.

I stared feeling my heel swollen and every time I would get up and walk it felt like I was stepping on needles. After shopping around I decided to give this product a chance. I received the next morning after ordering it and stared using it that same night. As the days go buy I stared feeling less and less pain on my heel. It is very comfortable and easy to use.
