paint is good however 10 litre container was delivered damaged on top ...

paint is good however 10 litre container was delivered damaged on top half, and could not reseal using the clamp lid system , half the paint wasted as a result and job not finished. Additionally, all info ONLY in German and no details in ENGLISH how to clean brush, preparations, disposal, health & safety info etc. EU products must have HSE info that user can read , it is so unusual not to have product info on the product !!!!
