Pros: Package arrived in a good time frame along with everything being excellently wrapped. Instructions are simple and to the point which is nice. The backing has good print(slightly crooked), the material for both back and seat seems good. Fairly comfortable currently.Neutral: Size. luckily this was bought for my son who is 11yr olds 5’3 @ 110lbs, so it fits him well at this time. It was smaller than anticipated. I’m 35 6’3 @230lbs and it does not fit me well or balance well. I don’t recommend for tall people.Cons: the welding on the caster slots are nowhere near level, which throws off the wheels which may either throw off balance or cause damage to something overtime for bad pressure points. Does not roll well because of the off balanced caster slots.Edit 1: I contacted the company and they are interested in helping me.Edit 2: Fantastic customer support! They were very quick to respond and resolve any issue I had. I really appreciated their care, concern and quickness in helping me out.

it was semi easy to assemble. all the prts were there. the instructions were slightly difficult to read because they were ONLY pictures, so i guess that makes sense haha. i just prefer written instructions so thats not at the fault of the producer. sturdy chair besides that. fairly wide in the arm/seat range. so if you have chubby/thick thighs this is perfect. i dont really trust the foot stool at all because it feels like the whole thing will fall over if i get too comfortable lol. but i wasnt intending on using it anyway. so for the price its really cute chair. ive had it about 2-3 months now with no issues.

Have used the chair for around a year now, first time using it was sturdy and comfortable to use but over time will obviously show sign of ware and tare that's is to be expected but with some few modifications here and there has still lasted me and feel it lasting a few more years

Me and my husband bought matching chairs I got the light grey and he got the red. The colors were fine but that's about it.We bought these chairs for their intended purpose of gaming. Sat in them multiple times a day for multiple hours at a time, we like our gaming.I am 5'4" around 130 pounds, He is 6'2" around 200 pounds.When we first put the chairs together we could both feel that the seat cushion was awful.We decided to give it a couple weeks.After those weeks our butts began hurting really bad. The cushions were degrading rapidly they did not spring back in any sense after you stood up for a while.The bars in the back of the chair started poking through which does not feel good on your back.I was the only one who could utilize the foot rest, but just like all the rest of the foam that didn't last long.The arm rests don't have any mobility at all. In the description it says they move, they dont.If your buying it for it to just look cool that won't work either because mine came with the embroidery all messed up on the extra back cushion.Thankfully we were able to return both chairs but I would not recommend these to anyone.We ended up buying a sams club membership and getting chairs from there. They were only 30 dollars more and way worth it.

The chair looks good but after months of gaming the seat cushion and started to break down and lost it's comfort. I am about 230 lbs so if you have a smaller build this might be a good fit for you. The wheel where not good from the start. Also the leg rest part I only used 1 time and felt kinda weird maybe my legs are to long and heavy?

This is my second Joyfly chair after getting the teen/child model for my son a month or two ago. I thought it was time to upgrade my old office chair and even though I'm not a gamer, this is a huge improvement in terms of comfort. I went with the all black and find the leather-like material that they use is definitely a step up versus the first one I bought. While I'm traditionally not a lumbar support type of guy, this pillow prevents any backache after sitting for an hour or two. I also love the leg rest that tucks away under the chair. From time to time I do watch a movie or TV show on my computer and I could almost completely recline in this thing. I'm almost 6 ft tall and find that the height is perfect and allows me to lean my head back if needed.There seems to be coupons on this chair frequently and if you can get it at some sort of discount, this chair is a no-brainer. It's a great value in terms of office or gamer chairs. I've seen comparable ones online or even at a place like Staples for $200 or more.

When I receive the two chairs I order one of the boxes had been torn open and damaged. When I got the boxes home I found out one of the chairs was missing parts. I didn't want to contact customer service and fight to get replacement parts sent but my wife convinced me it was the right thing to do and I'm glad I did. This company is amazing. They sent me everything I needed without any questions. They worked with me on every step and even contacted me when they were having issues finding my unusual address. They went above and beyond any of my expectations. Now that I have my chair put together, which was amazingly easy, it is one of the most comfortable gaming/ computer chairs I have ever used. The foot rest works well for me at 6'2" 260 lbs. It is super supportive. I can almost lay completely flat in the chair and it doesn't feel like it's going to give out. I love it 10 out of 10 will probably be buying g from this company as long as their in business.

My old chair needs to retire so I bought this. My apartment isn’t really big so I don’t want a huge big chair inside my room. This is a perfect size and it got good support. I sit on the chair for about a week now and everyday about 3 hours I will be sitting on the chair consecutively. This chair has great support but it doesn’t feel too hard when sit on. I love how the back is design. Armrest was good and cushion too. The only complaint would probably be the smell of the new chair. Other than that, this is a good chair for the value. Even my cat loves the chair :)
