These are beautiful stencils, but I had trouble with bleeding under the stencil edges and lost a lot of the detail as a result. I used a brush and sponge applicators; a drier roller might have worked better. I used a spray on adhesive to stick the stencil to the fabric. Need to be careful removing the stencil from your project as the small, detailed portions may tear when removing from your project. I soaked the stencil in warm soapy water to clean it; with some light scrubbing, it came clean.

I got these along with flower stencils to refinish a child’s picnic table. There were so many choices, it was hard to decide.Stencils were a good quality, not too flimsy, so it was easy to paint and get good crisp lines.Now I need to find more things to paint!
