Taste wasn't bad at all. Tastes like a sweet tea to me. Not sugar sweet, just tastes like tea with a small drop of honey. But I've also tried many other herb powders that literally taste like dirt(in a good way, like healthy high quality dirt). So I expected this to be pretty rough. Not even, it's just like tea to me. Not sure about the effects but hey, your drinking ants, that's interesting. Kind of makes you feel like your gonna get 3 times stronger. Seems like quality powder, this is my second bag. I like to make a tonic with Black Ant, Jōsh Shilajit, Bulk Supplements Pine Pollen and He Shou Wu. This tonic gives you a natural boost of vitality and energy that is interesting to incorporate into your routine. I would reccomend.

Good supplement.

A lot of reviews complain about the taste of the ant powder. Come on y'all it's made out of powdered ants. It's not made out of powdered sugar or honey or fruits. How do you really expect an ant to taste. For me I'm interested in the benefits that the stuff provides. I get my shaker combine it with my vanilla flavored whey protein powder a little raw honey and sometimes a little pure maple syrup add my water shake it up and down the hatch no problem with the taste of the ants. The energy and power that I feel during my workouts is what's most important to me. Some may say it's the whey protein powder but I've been using it long enough without the ants to note the difference. Do drink up and be happy!!

Guys as an mma fighter this gives me crazy energy. I used to take the capsules but this is crazy strong. I just eyeballed a .75 teaspoon like the label says. And boy, I’ve had the craziest amount of energy for hours now. My stamina and speed as increased so much I can barely sit still. It’s more potent than the capsules I used to take from another seller this portion is the most I’ve over took. Also I want to respond to those who say this doesn’t work. One time I was walking through this organic grocery store and D1 track athlete spoke to me about supplementation. In the middle of your long convo he emphasized something to me that has held so true for my life . He told me that superfoods do not work unless your body is already balanced.
