It’s a nice home gym quality piece of equipment. I’m 5’11” and 170. It fits me well, with room for adjustment in both directions of a person’s height. It can be adjusted for a person’s height, and how far apart you want the space between the pads. It was easy to put together, but the instructions were really just a diagram of it exploded. It’s not as nice as you would find in a professional gym, but for the cost, it does what I want it to, and it seems solid. I use mine every other day. It really hits the ham strings, rear end and low back!! I’m happy with it.

I have been wanting one of these for a very long time . After looking at several different ones I chose this one and not one regret . Great bench very stable and use it daily . Would buy from this seller again . Anyone looking to buy one of these . This is the one great price great bench worth every penny !!!

Nice little machine, great price but small footpads made it unstable. I bolted a piece of diamond plate to the footpads and the machine is now perfect for its intended use. With Amex points it was $47, and $60 for plate and hardware so basically for the price it actually sells for it is great and holds my 6’1” 240lb frame. After using it for several days, this thing works well.

Not really stabile

This was easy to put together, and is easily moved. This is very sturdy and I feel comfortable when working out on it. It took me about 29 minutes to completely assemble. This has added a new element to my home core workout that I have been missing.Well made for the price, highly recommend.

Delivered to me April 26th 2023 and as of yesterday August 10th 2023. Item is broken. Bent metal. Upholstery on right side torn. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As others have said, low quality welds, and box is full of metal shavings/dust. The model they show must be 3foot 6, because the foot rests aren't even half the size of a human foot, the ankle pads are barely wide enough for one ankle, and are super wobbly. I'm not even going to bother trying side extensions as the room and support to do so just isn't there. The main pads aren't even half as thick as shown in the pics and are wrapped in something extremely cheap that looks like it won't last a month. It's not even a cheap pleather. More like thin plastic. They are also quite narrow, so there is either an unusually large gap in the middle, or bars sticking out on the sides.I'm 6 feet, and this is completely unsafe. It's not the length of the extension that is the issue, but rather that it is constantly on the verge of tipping over forward.The only way I could see recommending this is to someone who is short, lightweight, and plans to always have a towel or something over the pads.Will be returning.

Unfortunately, this Roman chair was nothing short of disappointing. I am not certain if it was previously returned and sold as an open package (if this is the case it was not disclosed in the product description). The packaging appeared externally to have been resealed, the zap straps were previously cut and the plastic wrapping was only covering some pieces of the product while other pieces of plastic were strewn throughout the box. One of the cushions has a rip in it, one of the metal leafs is bent and there are several scratches and dents. The equipment itself is quite flimsy but would potentially work for particularly petite individuals. We are returning the product within hours of receiving it.
