Taste well, Quality is good, packed was good.

Expressive for cheese , but brings back so many memories worth it , the only issue is keeping it away from family , find a good hiding spot .

Love the taste, very caramel size is good as you only need small amounts on crackers, need to use cheese slice so it goes further.

Yes it’s expensive, but you don’t eat in big lumps.You shave some off to have on pancakes or waffles. It’s creamy and sweeter than most cheese but it’s a real delicacy.

Since visiting Norway last year I fell in love with this brown cheeseIt’s quite expensive in the UK but it’s worth it for an occasional treatI was given a Norwegian cheese slicer as a gift while in Norway and I use that all the time to give me lovely thin slices of this cheeseYou could also try adding a little bit of Mills Kaviar on top of the cheese; you don’t need much Mills to give a nice fishy taste. It tastes great together!I use brown cheese on top of oatcakes as they are gluten free and it’s lovely
