We love this coffee maker and it does not take up a lot of counter space which is a plus. We have used it every day since receipt and the coffee is tasty and hot. Mostly, we use the 14 oz. cup size which is ready in less than 3 minutes. I have not used it yet for loose coffee but have used it for hot tea which is equally great tasting and hot. All of its features work well and we give it a five plus. Recommend product.

This coffee work well tor a short period of time. Unfortunately I miss the return date because the products stop working one week after the date. Now I am stuck. The red capsule light will not go out to allow the other function to work. This is a lemon, will not buy again.

Small countertop foot print. Very quiet, when ran a cup had to come back to make sure working & already had completed the process. Coffee lovely hot! Really enjoy a hot cup & it is very hot.

Was looking for k-cup server something like the Keurig but no so big in size & not so expensive & this works for me - I'm able to use the mesh cup instead of for coffee grounds instead for my tea bags instead & it works good for that - & the capsule holder works good for k-cups - I did one for my hot chocolate k-cup & it worked good. The only thing I was very disappointed about was how it was shipped out - it was shipped out in the box it came in - so if someone saw the box setting & it showing that it was a coffeemaker - could have though hey I'm going to steal this from this location- so instead it should have been put inside another none describe box or bag so could not have seen what the item was setting there on the porch - so please make this change when shipping out others items so can't see what the item is setting there on the porch - thank you

Super space saver

In the manual they give you an email address if you have any issues. I have emailed them twice since I've had this coffee pot bought in July 2023. I've had an issue with the mesh basket for ground coffee which I had emailed them at the very beginning. I just emailed them again recently for that issue and also asked how I could get a replacement basket for K-Cups since I accidentally threw it away. I have not received a response!!! I looked on Amazon if they sold a replacement k-cup holder for this coffee maker but they don't.I'm happy with the coffee maker as far as the taste of the coffee and the speed in which it brews, I just want customer service to get in touch with me!!*** it started working again after I wrote this review. I don't know what caused it to stop in the first place but I'm happy it's working again!I bought this coffee maker back in mid July. I was happy with the taste of the coffee and how fast the cup of coffee was done. I like the water reservoir but I found the grounds would stick to the mesh in the ground coffee holder. Also the top of it, is very narrow. I have trouble removing the capsule holder. None of these were a big deal until yesterday when the coffee maker just died!A coffee maker shouldn't die after 2 and 1/2 months especially when it's only used for two cups in the morning. I found an email address and sent them an email but I have yet to hear back. I tried finding a website for the brand or the seller without any luck. Up until yesterday I would have given the product four stars but that changed yesterday.
