Do Try it,
I am Pakistani, and I’ve never heard about these millets before, but since I started purchasing and cooking them, I’ve found that you can substitute them for rice. They taste so good, and you can make several dishes out of them; they’re just like rice. If you’re on a diet, you can make anything from them. You can cook them like rice, and they work wonders. Plus, they have fewer calories than oats, so it’s a very good purchase for those who are trying to control their weight….
