I fitted this motor and hands a few months ago, it has performed very well, straight-forward to install. Arrived well packaged with instructions.

Clock keeps stopping for no apparent reason, appears to get to half past but doesn't have the strength to go "uphill" to the full hour. Also the battery has come loose twice despite being on the wall.

Don’t expect any help if you have an issue
Purchased one of these to replace a failed mechanism, the item fits ok etc but I have a problem with its accuracy (loosing a few minutes a day) messaged the supplier vis their listed route and heard nothing back. So…. If it works you’re all good, if it doesn’t doesn’t expect any assistance.
