Review: Great value - delivers warm, smooth analog-style delay in a small, affordable pedal. The repeats sound natural, the controls are easy to use, and it stays quiet without coloring your tone. Solid build, great sound, and perfect for slapback, leads, and classic rock. Excellent value and highly recommended
Review: Donner's best pedal, easy - Easily Donner's best pedal. Now I've owned and tried a dozen or so pedals from Donner and I've had some nice delay pedals in the past. Donner is a pretty fantastic company for putting together a first board or like a super budget board because they offer some pretty great quality hardware for rock bottom prices and have been for over a decade now. However, of all their products, almost none of them have had any real staying power. Their distortions, modulations, boosters, reverbs, even their looper is all just kind of okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special. This one though, The Yellow Fall Delay, has become kind of a cult classic. Kind of like how the Behringer Super Fuzz or the Mosky Spring Reverb has become this highly sought after pedal despite costing as much as a date at McDonalds, the Donner Yellow Fall has this sound that's just unique to it despite how cheap it is. It's got this decay that's just really nice. It doesn't have the analogue bucket brigade chip set that everyone adores but it's emulating it in a way that gives a sound that I really took a liking to. Like it gives you that neat dark repeat but saves you the "Dirty" aspect of it. The bit crushy sound that that chip set gives you. I like it better honestly, it sounds just as nice while being slightly less harsh on the tail end. Now I won't put it on a pedestal. I've heard crap tons of much nicer sounding delays but they are generally far more expensive. There's plenty of other good delays in this price point, but I haven't come across one yet that's given me the a better tone. It's not a particularly long delay, just like 600 milliseconds or whatever but it's effective none the less. It's just good. It's really a really good bang for buck kind of bargain, so I do recommend it to any body looking for a cheap delay pedal to broaden your array of tones.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised, good experiment
*by N***7 on April 12, 2026*

This is a budget guitar pedal. I'm sure there are ones of the same nature with better effect quality but this works as stated. I wanted to use the effect without a hugh investment and I'm happy with the decision. I now understand how the effect works with my playing and it didn't cost me hundreds of dollars. I may replace it someday, but for now I'm very satistified with this product.
