This stuff works. I was taking the recommended dosage of 1.5g and noticed absolurely no difference. Then did some research and realized the recommended dosage is way below the actual necessary dosage to see effects. I take 10g now 30 minutes before a workout with 25-30oz of water. You need to drink a lot of water to see any benefit. Combined with 6g of L citrulline and 2g of l arginine the pump is very noticeable. My forearms swell up noticeably more with this supplement, compared to just preworkout alone

I'm not coming from the lifting community. I'm coming from fasting-mimicking diet community. Longo recommends to take glycerol while doing his FMD, so I bought it to help me with my first cycle. I don't know if it worked, but I feel more or less fine on day 5. My energy levels are fine, it has no taste, the bag is huge (should last 10 cycles), I've still been able to do my job (physical labor), etc. However, the stuff doesn't dissolve. You can't blend it, I let it sit for 12 hours today almost and it never once dissolved. I'll probably try for another brand after this.

For reference, my first introduction into glycerol was with the powdered gorila mode glycerol. It was great. Clearly glycerol has the potential to be a great pre-workout pump supplement. This brands glycerol, however, is not even comparable to gorilla mode glycerol. Note: I took the same dose (10g) with both brands. 1. It has a different, more clumpy texture than gm glycerol, which raised red flags. Why would it be any different texture wise? 2. The bag I received (my first bag) was contaminated with brown specks. And as you can see from other reviews, this has happened to lots of customers. You CANNOT return the bag, despite one reviewer saying he did and saying the customer service is great. Read the return policy. That alone is enough to not buy this product. Clearly they cannot reliably ship the glycerol and keep it intact. 3. My anecdotal experience taking this glycerol was way worse compared to Gm glycerol. The Gm glycerol I could tell immediately was working, this, though? Nothing. Literally did not work. I was very excited when I saw that you could buy powdered glycerol from this brand as gorilla mode took their powdered glycerol off the market and moved to a more expensive (per serving) liquid glycerol. I don’t really care about the powder so it made sense to buy this brand. Now I just feel like I got scammed. It was contaminated, ineffective, and I cannot return it or even file a claim. Do not buy this. Glycerol is great, but not from this brand. Buy either gorilla mode liquid or ekkovision hydro prime. Hope this helps others with the same interest in this product for preworkout purposes.

So grainy it does not break down in liquid. Can’t say if it fully works as well as it should
