I brought my rating down to three stars because there's a crucial factor that needs to be addressed by the manufacturers, so I'm adding this to the top of my review My parent definitely benefitted from these sachets in terms of immunity, blood counts and energy. However, there is a massive factor that was overlooked - the inclusion of Ashwagandha and Brahmi. With daily use of these sachets, my parent's kidney function began to drop. We ran several checks and just couldn't find the cause. One of our doctors asked us about nutritional supplements or herbs that we were using, and that's when we narrowed down to these sachets Are we sure that the sachets caused reduced kidney function? Yes. And here's why: we stopped the sachets and three weeks later, kidney function was back to how it was earlier. We wanted to check again whether this was the root cause so we restarted the sachets. A week after restarting, my parent's kidneys began to weaken again. We stopped the sachets and guess what? Back to normal. Ashwagandha and Brahmi are not recommended for long term use, especially in older people. While it may not cause trouble for many, there is a large number of older folk who could get impacted. Doctors have told us that long term use can also cause liver issues. So please do your research and use it under medical supervision. Monitor GFR and liver enzymes actively while using these sachets. Do due research before starting on any supplements or herbs, especially for older people. ---------------------- I've been getting this awesome nutrition mix for the past three months for my senior parent who is very picky eater. The sachets' contents blend seamlessly into gravies, without any added taste or texture. It took about a week for visible results, but my parent feels more energetic, has better bowel movements and has started to gain a bit of weight.
