Good Value & Nice Case
Unfortunately the USPS lost the first order for these jack pads, but was very pleased when the replacement arrived. Had previously purchased “TeslaPucks” for our Model three which came in a loosely woven bag. These jack pads for our Model Y appear to be of the same quality, but were listed at about ½ the price, and came with a very nice semi-hard zippered case which will keep them dust free and secure until needed.

Works but not a perfect fit
These jack pads fit into my Model Y but they are not a snug fit so I could see how people could fear it being an issue. Unlike a normal jack that has grooves where the body will sit in between to lock itself these pucks are flat and have a much bigger surface than your standard jack. I wouldn't feel safe using the manual jack that you turn with your hand because the puck is too big for that. The new design should have an indent on the flat side of the puck so that it sits like a crown on top of the jack.

Why these are not included
Ordered these lifting points for the model X to get the tire off the ground to change it. Why these are not included when you purchase the car is beyond me as the seem to be required to get the car off the ground. These jack points come in a nice case and fit nicely in the rear of my vehicle.Overall, a must have if you plan on lifting your car off the ground.

Great for using with your jack
I had a flat tire and I didn't have these so I used a block of wood, but these (even though I haven't had to use them yet) I know will fit great. One thing you still have to keep in mind is that you will need a low profile jack. These have red o-rings to secure it to the frame which prevent them from falling off which I thought was a nice touch. They definitely feel heavy duty and plenty sturdy for what they'll be used for.

Handy! And potentially really important.
If you are ever in a position to jack your car up, then these will certainly help keep things from getting out of control. This is a no-brainer (and maybe should just be included with the car, but I digress). Just chuck these in the back or front storage areas and only think about them when you need them. You can't go wrong!

Protect your battery pack from jacking damage
New owners might not know that it's easy to do damage to their expensive battery packs by jacking their car up to rotate tires or perform other service under the car. You can't count on tire dealer employees, for example, to know how to deal with a Tesla.Teslas have specific jacking points, and these pads are designed to do two things - locate the jack properly by plugging the pads' vertical shafts into the corresponding holes in the Tesla frame, and to act as spacers and cushions to provide a bit more isolation from the jack itself. The pads' vertical shafts have o-rings to help hold them in place, but they should be removed and stored when the service work is completed. This set comes in a very nice zippered hard case, with foam cutouts to organize them and keep them from banging around in your trunk or frunk while stored.I've seen some reviews where people complained of strong odors from the rubber part of these pucks, but mine have only a faint odor like you'd smell from a new tire. I'm still going to give them a week to air out, but I don't consider it objectionable at all.Since these pads can help you avoid serious damage to your car, and are inexpensive insurance, I consider them 5-star products.
