Low cost fix if you are handy with tools
I hate to throw away things when they can be repaired and put back into service. My 15 year garage door opener broke, and this low cost kit got it working again. Has a full set of maintenance parts to refurbish the most likely worn out parts. Hopefully I'm good for another 15 years.

Perfect fit for our garage opener motor
Exact fit for our 2017 Chamberlain garage opener with yellow button. I screwed up the traverse limit, but was able to fix seeing some videos in YouTube. Just remember your specific motor may have some specific drive setup which may not require all the components supplied in the package. Good if you have a helper. Doing alone is difficult in my opinion.

Bought this kit because my older Craftman 1/2 HP belt drive did not have a reusable part to attach the worm gear. This set provides alternative pieces

Easy in place installation.
Open the cover and 3 screws to replace the main bearing gear shaft and bushing. Just lube it up and drop it in. Don't over tighten the chain drive and be sure to lube up the rollers. Great cost effective repair. 1 hour tops.

Fixed old Craftsman garage door opener
Worked to repair my old Craftsman garage door opener. Time will tell if it holds up or not.Amazon did a poor job of packing for shipping and my item received some minor damage in transit. Despite the minor damage, I was still able to use the part.
