I have tried some of the most expensive salt scrub shampoo products and I'm worth it. But now and then I want to spend a little less and this is a great value for your money. The scrub is deep cleansing and will leave your hair squeaky clean (apple cider vinegar!) while removing all scalp build up. I apply the scrub right onto my scalp under the hair so it doesn't melt before I get a good scalp application. Then I use the rubbery scalp massager to really get the product cleansing my scalp. It is pretty amazing. What you end up with is a deep cleansed scalp and shiny moisturized hair. The reason is because this has jojoba seed oil and coconut oil in it too. My hair looked really healthy after using this and there was no strong scent or too much tingle. It definitely increased the shine in my hair! So what are the exact ingredients? Way more than listed here and I find them to be fine! Ingredients: Sea salt, aqua, glycerin, tea tree essential oil, peppermint essential oil, jojoba seed oil, coconut oil, rice exfoliant extract, apple cider vinegar, witch hazel extract, Shea butter extract, Parkii fruit fat, sodium laurether sulfate, xanthan gum, allantoin and sodium chloride. I promise you your hair and scalp will be so clean after you use this you will thank me for telling you about it. I also noticed that my scalp was no longer itchy which is a problem if you get buildup on your scalp from using a lot of hair products as I do. So yeah! Get this and you will be so happy. I think it is even better than salt scrubs I've tried before because of the tea tree and peppermint essential oils. Those are the secret! So if you are looking for shiny hair and deep scalp exfoliant like cleansing then this is the one to get! I am so happy with this I want to get back in the shower and do it all over again!!!!!!! I am quite impressed! From the moment zi opened the jar, the invigorating scent of fresh rosemary and mint filled the shower air instantly uplifting my mood and setting a refreshing tone for that dreaded “wash day”! As I used the scalp scrub the gritty texture was very gentle for my fine but 4b-c hair. I certainly could tell that my scalp was being exfoliated without being too harsh! I also noted the unexpected lather. The combination of mint and rosemary provided a cooking sensation leaving my scalp feeling invigorated and breathable. While my hair felt clean and refreshed after using the product, I did notice some tangling issues. It seemed to lack sufficient moisture, which led to the formation of fairy knots. This resulted in a more delicate and time-consuming detangling process. Perhaps adding more moisturizing ingredients could enhance the overall experience.

Great stuff. Does a nice job of exfoliating my hair-impaired scalp. The scent is refreshing but not cloying. Just be sure to close your eyes and mouth before rinsing!

It smells amazing and it lathers up really nicely when washing. However, when leading up to that, it's very thick and hard to work into your hair. It Jeff my hair clean, soft, and smelling great though.

I have long, thick, box-dyed hair and because of the constant dyeing and being too lazy to braid it before bed, my hair is a little damaged. This scrub + OGX tea tree mint conditioner (and I suspect any conditioner would work just fine, this is just what I was using) made my hair so soft!! It also blow dried incredibly fast -- usually drying my hair is a long, arduous task. I love this stuff! It's incredible what it does to your hair. Spreading it onto my scalp since my hair is so thick is a little difficult, but it's worth the patience. I also personally love the smell. It's subtle but noticeable after it dries.

I love this scalp scrub. I was dealing with an itchy scalp but have sensitive skin. This has completely resolved the issue without being too harsh. I’ve even ordered it again. I use it about once a week before shampooing and it’s amazing!

It didn't help my hair or scalp. The product smells nice, but it was VERY difficult to rinse out. I don't think i will be buying this product again.
