A mixed bag of power: a review of the Opinta blower/vacuum
This gadget is a game-changer! First, let's talk about the blower. It's seriously impressive – super powerful and gets the job done efficiently. Now, onto the vacuum part. Well, that's a bit of a mixed bag. The rubber flap that keeps the dirt inside popped off when I tried using one of the accessories. And honestly, I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out how to get the filter out for replacement. The accessories don't seem to fit the vacuum part all that well, and most don't even work with the blower. Plus, the instructions? Not much help there. But don't get me wrong, this thing has its merits. If you've got dusty electronics or a computer, this is a must-have. Surprisingly, I find myself using the vacuum feature more than the blower, and it's got some great suction power. The three power levels are a nice touch, and it's quieter than I expected. It's not a library-level of quiet, but definitely less noisy than a regular vacuum. I love the design with the vacuum on one side and the blower on the other – you can switch between them in a flash. My only gripe? I wish the blower attachments had a smaller diameter, but that's not a deal-breaker since I use the vacuum side more. The bristles are gentle enough that I'm not worried about knocking things around. Overall, this is a fantastic tool to have around! My uncle used to be a car detailer back in the day, and he still enjoys working on our family cars during the weekends. So, I got him this blower/vacuum, and it's been a game-changer. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, perfect for getting into all those tricky spots in a car. He uses it to dust and clean between cushions, along the console, and more. The blower does a solid job of clearing areas, and the vacuum has impressive suction for picking up dirt and debris. This little blower/vacuum is a win for my uncle's car detailing needs.

I was not disappointed
The air duster is very well designed, solidly built, and works as well as a can of air did on my computer. The vacuum attachment is also very good for doing small jobs.I use it for dusting off computer interiors, blowing electrostatic filters dry after washing them, and the vacuum works well for cleaning the filters of room air purifiers. It puts out a terrific blast of air at the highest speed. It has 3 speeds, the vacuum filter attachment locks solidly onto the frame. The battery charge lasts a long time before recharging by USB port on my computer, about a week with daily use of around 10 to 20 minutes per day, much longer than I had expected. It does everything I hoped it could do. It comes with a good assortment of attachments and brushes and a USB charging cord, but does not come with a wall-wort charger. The recharge current is about 2 amps, maybe a bit more than the 1 amp capacity of a typical cell phone recharger, but the computer USB port recharges it in a few hours without any problems. If you are looking for a good combo unit for blowing and vacuuming, this one works.

Open immediately and check it
The return date has expired, but I wanted to alert others to a potential flaw to the product. All the pieces do not fit together properly rendering it pretty useless. I just got it out to use yesterday bc I didn’t need it before then. I wish I had opened it up and checked sooner. My fault.

Time to retire that can of air?
The media could not be loaded. As an avid amateur photographer and electronics hobbyist I've been using those cans of compressed "air" for more than 5 decades. Old habits die hard, but given the current wave of rechargeable handheld blower-vacs, it was long past time to see if such a device would be a better alternative, and something that will be less expensive over the long haul, compared to disposable cans. My short video compares the relative strength of a blast from a fresh can of compressed gas vs my new Opinta 3. Notice that you have to wake-up the Opinta if it has not been used recently. This requires a long press of the blower button. But once awake, the blower turns on and off instantly. There are three power modes which you can hear as I cycle through the output levels. The comparison against the canned air was at the Opinta 3's highest output.Overall the strength and volume of output stream is very close between the air can vs. the Opinta 3. The pressure from the air can is just a bit more intense, most likely because of the very narrow straw, as compared to the narrowest but still larger attachment that comes with the Opinta 3. So for the vast majority of uses, the Opinta 3 should be more than adequate. It will be interesting to see if I ever find a need to bring out the disposable air can again. Beyond that, the Opinta 3 comes with a wealth of attachments and brushes -- and functions as a mini-vacuum as well. And while relatively small, I appreciate the heft of Opinta as well. If feels like a well made tool, not a plastic toy. For the money this device is hard to beat. How I assign stars in a review. The star ratings are always in relation to the item's intended purpose, type, and durability.5 stars - The item is perfect with no room for meaningful improvement. Adios compressed air cans
An excellent tool for cleaning computers on a regular basis. Removes dust and gunk from keyboards, fans, cases, etc. In cars, I find it very helpful to keep those small gaps and cup holders clean. It is very powerful when set to high, and it pushes lots of air. I was able fill small balloon and kids play ball.I love that it comes with many handy attachments, as well as a small brush. In addition, I love that it charges via USB - C, which means I don't have to worry about losing its charger. It is helpful to have a battery indicator on the device.Currently, I haven't tried the vacuum feature, but I don't think I need it at all.It was an overall good purchase that I would recommend to others.
