Yogi Organic Peach Detox Tea, 16 ct

This Kava tea has been my favorite for years. It’s a trust worthy brand, and it genuinely helps with stress and anxiety. Kava works on GABA receptors if I remember correctly. But because of that, make sure you rotate this in and out! You can gain a tolerance to Kava very quickly and it’ll lose its effect. I will usually consume it for about a month and then come back to it 2-3 months later to ensure it still does its thing! (Taste is amazing obv like all Yogi teas) If you’re looking for a good tea to pair it with for sleep, I love mixing this with the elderberry/ashwaghanda/lemon balm tea from this brand

This stuff is good. Relaxing very warm notes. I liked the taste my wife not so much. BUT I will tell you something I wasn’t expecting… It numbed the crap out of tip of my tongue. It lasted about an hour. It felt funny as heck nothing horrible but definitely something to consider. Don’t be giving this to your kids lol

I enjoy the taste of this tea, and the price (which is higher at the supermarket) but most of all it really helps me be calm and fall asleep faster.

I can't say that it relieves stress but it certainly numbs the forehead. I do fall asleep fairly quickly and differently from melatonin. Tea tastes great, subtle notes of anaise for me. Will definitely buy again.

This tea is great for before bed. It has a cozy cinnamon flavor. It helped me relax making it easier to sleep. I will buy again.

I did not care for it but gave it a try. Other brands work better for me! The flavor of this is nor appealing to me guess I can put cinnamon in to fix that…

My new favorite nighttime tea! Tastes great, and I don't use a sweetener. My teenage grandkids loved it with a teaspoon of fresh honey!

I’ve been using for a few years to help me sleep when I need it. I have severe insomnia, even sleeping pills don’t work very well. Twenty minutes after drinking this tea I nearly always fall asleep. I take it when needed along with other meds and a CBD gummy. Also works pretty good alone for slight to moderate stress.

Very good , knocked me out , a bit sweet , you can taste the liquorice , but worth it for a good sleep , might not work for everyone , but worth the try , I recommend it.

Lo probe para dormir y me gusto mucho, el sabor esta super rico, no hace falta agregarle azúcar ni nada y tuve un descanso muy placentero. Incluso lo use estando un poco congestionada para que me ayudara a tener un mejor descanso y funcionó. Lo recomiendo

I love this. It tastes really good ( if you like chai style taste ). Helps me relax at night. Not sure if it helps with sleep or not but it definitely mellows you a bit. I use two bags usually as I have big mugs.

Tastes nice. Not sure about detox. Nice and warm After dinner cap
