ProStretch Double

I have been suffering with tight calves and knee pain, left leg,for some time.Had physio, etc, etc.,and noticed that when I stretched my affected leg backwards and as straight as I could without pain,my leg felt eased. On the basis of this, saw this item and decided to buy.On my very first time, gingerly carrying out the exercises that come in a pamphlet with the item,I noticed an almost immediate feeling of relief from the "tightness".I don't do the advanced exercise yet, slowly, slowly, but even walking up and down stairs is easier,no pain,no stiffness.I am so pleased I bought this and will continue with the exercises which take less than around half an hour daily.Very easy to use, well constructed, and has helped me enormously with my overall movement in practically no time. It's very effective and helped me so much.Definitely recommend.

This is my first review on Amazon and it's a very positive one! I have had a nagging problem with my right Achilles, bottom of foot for some 3 or 4 months which has stopped my burgeoning running career!. There were various exercises suggested to me, such as hanging off the bottom of the stairs, or using a rubber band. They ma possibly have have worked if I had stuck to them but I didn't. However, I have been using the Medi-Dyne for a couple of days and I can honestly say that the improvement has been amazing and my foot/Achilles is now 95%, up from 75%. This product is so easy to use and, from my short experience, is incredibly effective. I am a bit of a cynic and probably would be sceptical if I saw this review written by someone else. However, I am totally genuine and I feel confident that thanks to this product I should be able to start running again within the next few days.

Easy to use and very effective

The Prostretch was recommended by my Podiatrist and, from day 1, it has gently stretched my Achilles tendons and given considerable relief. I'd definately recommend it to others, If you want you should be able to seperate the 2 halves of the Bi-Lateral and use them singly.

Buen producto. Resistente. Yo q calzo del número mx26 me queda bien pero para pies más grandes no lo recomiendo

So einfach und doch so genial und wirkungsvoll

Hang onto a chair, not the wall or you will fall off. Otherwise, no issues and it’s excellent for my plantar fasciitis.

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, and this is the item that helps me most. I first isednin at physical therapy, and was so happy when I found out I could get my own. I can go from not being able to walk, to walking normally in a matter of minutes. I need to stretch first thing in the morning, so I can use this in the kitchen while I am making tea. It only takes a few minutes. There are other stretches you can do without equipment, but I don’t like doing them. I like using this which means I will do it more often. This is the easiest and quickest. The double was more expensive, but well worth it. I hesitated a long time on spending the money on it, but as soon as I got it, I was ecstatic! I felt I got a better stretch immediately. I have a single prostretch which I also love, but the double is better. Perhaps it’s more stable and I stand differently on a double. I am very adept on the single, but maybe I relax differently on this. It also saves time in that I can do both calves at same time. I asked my physical therapist the recommended time to stretch. She told me 30 second hold time. She further explained that they have done studies on holding for 20 seconds and 40 seconds, but 30 seconds is the optimal time for holding any stretch. No more, no less. I looked in the booklet that came with the stretcher and it also says 30 seconds, so I use my iPhone timer and just keep resetting in for every stretch to make sure I get the optimal time. You can use other stretching means, but standing and allowing your heel to drop gradually with your weight behind it is just easier to me than using a yoga strap or stretching against a wall. I don’t have to use any other body part. I work on an airplane, and I carry the single in my travel bag. I can stretch standing up so I don’t need any space at all to do it. I can stretch while waiting in an airport. When I am home, I bring it in my car and stretch at the dog park while my dog is running around, or anytime I have to wait somewhere. I need to stretch throughout the day, so I try to incorporate it into things. I really love this thing!

I am able to stretch my calves and hamstrings with this device. I have knee problems and this has helped me to stretch without hurting my knees.
