This is my second pair of Ghost 14's, and I use them mostly for walks and runs - not just wearing them around, but exercise. These fit me well and work well with my gait. I was fitted with my first pair of Ghosts at a local running store, which I highly recommend. This is why I am not going to say "oh, these are the best shoes" - these are great shoes for ME but you need to figure out what's good for YOU. However, that same local store was charging over $40 more than Amazon for these shoes so when I wore out the first pair, I opted to replace them here. I'll go buy something else from them to assuage my guilt...Now, one thing I can say is nobody's gonna miss you in these if you go with the green color. The color is intense enough to make a highlighter jealous. They seem to have an inner radiance. I'm pretty happy with this because I am out at dawn and dusk frequently and I find being hit by cars to be inconvenient.

I have shoes varying from 10.5 to 11.5, depending on the manufacturer. So you may need to try a size up with these which I ended up doing since the first pair was too tight.But these are simply amazing. I've never had a shoe with more support and cushioning than this. Walking with these on is NOT anything like walking with any other pair of shoes. So easy on the feet, far less impact even when moving quickly.I'll likely replace the laces with the type that are permanently there without tying, but other than that, there is nothing about this shoe I don't like. Great support, great cushioning, the soles are nicely done and are giving good traction.

I have never had Brooks shoes before but had heard that they were the best. After wearing these I would say that is 100% accurate. These shoes are possibly the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned and they make my afternoon jogs feel way better on my feet. I was having some foot pain before and my back was hurting after running with my old shoes. My brother told me about Brooks and the problems I had before are in the rear view mirror. I am so happy with this purchase!

I work in a hospital for 10 hours a day and need comfortable shoes since I am running around on my feet all day. I usually wear Asics since I have found them to be the most comfortable and supportive. I wanted to try something different just to mix it up. I still love my Asics but wanted some variety. I decided to try Brooks cause my co-workers highly recommend them. I just received these Brooks running shoes today, and so far, they fit well, feel very comfortable and supportive. I'm going to keep the Men's Ghost 14 in my rotation.

Love the Brooks Ghost 14, but the packaging was lacking. Shoe boxes arrived in rough shape as they were shipped in soft unpadded plastic envelope. Just be careful if buying as a gift for someone as the presentation may not be great. The shoes themselves were not damaged.

Bought these because I love Brooks shoes. Have feet problems and have bought insoles for past 10 years for all of my shoes and even slippers. But these are so Comfortable and have the best cushioning so no more additional cushioning. Brooks is the only shoe I buy now. I’m on my third pair (still use the others) and bought my wife a pair after she had severe walking issues because she had to walk 20,000 steps a day at her job. Now her feet are healed and she loves Brooks shoes. We are both believers.

I just wish I had found Brooks shoes decades ago. After dealing with uncomfortable Asics and nike shoes most of my life I just assumed that was as good as it would get. After finding Brooks...whoa, there are actually comfortable shoes that don't cause sore feet, ankles and knees. So much better.

Habe mir die Schuhe in meiner Größe (normalerweise 47, hier 47,5) bestellt und sie passen genau. Benötige durch einen relativ hohen Spann, etwas mehr Fußbreite und durch fast 2 Metern Größe mit entsprechendem Gewicht einen stabilen Schuh. Dieses Modell bietet gute Unterstützung beim Laufen, dämpft gut ab und schafft damit ein insgesamt angenehmes Tragegefühl. Ich kannte die Marke nicht, habe bisher u.a. Asics Gel getragen und bin nun mit meiner Auswahl sehr zufrieden. Es gibt wohl auch eine breite Variante, die bei mir aber nicht erforderlich ist - aber möglicherweise ist das interessant.Der Schuhhändler, bei dem ich über Amazon gekauft habe, ist zuverlässig und hat sehr schnell geliefert.

It seems (from reading reviews before I bought a pair) that people who do running a lot consider the Brooks Ghost line to be good solid middle of the road (that's not a recommendation on where you should run) trainers. While I haven't tried other brands and lines (these replaced a pair of Ghost 9s) so I'm not too well-placed to do a comparison I can say these are just the job for me to do my few-times-a-week 5k trots around the neighbourhood. They fit well, give enough padding for my feet and a bit of bounce to jolly me along. I daresay when the time comes I'll buy a pair of Brooks Ghost 20s.

Vor ein paar Jahren war ich in einem Fachgeschäft wegen neuer Laufschuhe. Der Verkäufer holte so ziemlich alles an namhaften und hippen Marken raus. Irgendwie wollte nichts richtig passen. Zu eng, zu weit, zu hart, zu weich, zu sonst was. Sich den Haufen abgewiesener Schuhe anstarrend verschwand der Verkäufer im Lager und holte die mir damals nichtssagende Marke „Brooks“, Model Ghost hervor und meinte – diese müssten nun passen. Gleich beim ersten Anprobieren auf dem halben Weg in den Schuh hinein wusste ich – das ist DER Richtige. Und er ist es auch bis heute geblieben.Nun kommt der nächste Nachfolger. Perfekter Sitz, guter Gripp, Federung genial zwischen Schutz und Performance abgestimmt. Ghost eben.

I never give reviews, been an Amazon shopper for several years but these running shoes made me want to write an update - If your 50+, still want to run on the road and need a wider shoe get these, they are great, I now sprint the last 1/4 mile of a 3.5 mile jog and I just feel like I can lift of the ground with these runners. They are the best pair I have owned, been a runner for 4 years now and bought the usual stuff (insert name here) around 90 Pounds a pair but now spent a little bit more and the difference is huge. Do it, you won't regret it.
