Decent product, fit pretty well, heat shield tabs were not even in the ball park. I wound up cutting the original ones off my old assembly and welded them on the new one. The part has been on the car for close to a week and the check engine light has not returned. How long will this converter last? that remains to be seen. If you can't do basic fab work, This may not be the converter for you. I spent more time screwing with the heat shields than anything.

I fit this to a 1998 civic lx with a D16Y7 engine. Works great! old manifold was cracked and smelly. better mileage and smoother idle.
