Simple Installation, Exactly what you need for custom install
Easy to install, well built. Exactly what we needed for mounting our Thule to a broader racking system that is further apart than the stock holes. Highly suggest. Double check your rack crossbar width before ordering.

Really nice stuff! Good quality and fair price.
I bought this set for my Yakima Rocketbox. Now, the span of the brackets WAS SLIGHTLY TOO NARROW to fit my box (which was MY fault), but I was able to straighten/bend the brackets in a vise in order to get them to work.....I just needed another 1/2 inch of span to fit the Yakima box's holes. Very happy with product...but measure those box holes before you order!

Perfect fit!
I began worried that "universal" would make this less than a perfect fit. Wrong. This kit worked out great.

They work but the size advertize is of by a couple millimiters. Had to make new holes to the box for them to fit

Good kit, but u-bolts are very long
This kit worked very well with my old Sears car top carrier. Definitely overloaded the carrier on two trips and the bolts held firm. The bolts are a bit long though, so they push all the way through the knobs when tightened down. This isn't a huge issue, but I can see the bolts tearing certain items in transit. Again, this is only an issue if your rack rails are on the thinner side (my 2012 Toyota Highlander rails are wide and thin)

Very good quality, it was easy to install my cargo carrier using this. The holes on the cargo carrier and the length of clamps didn’t match but then I made additional holes so it worked just fine.
