Feature Packed Product with Great Value for Money
I have been using Glen (Hood Senza 90, Touch & Gesture Control, Black) Chimney for last 5 month now. The quality of the product is excellent. The performance has been flawless as on date. Post purchase, installation and guidance for use was very fast by the representatives. The price of the product in Amazon was very competitive at the time of purchase as compared to other products in the market with similar specifications. The product packs some great features as compared to the price like touch control, odor removal and above all easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Here are a few things to note:1. Sometimes you may need to touch the switches twice or even thrice. This is normal, but since there are no manual buttons, you might face issues in the long run (I'm talking about 10-12 years down the line).2. If you have a large, old-style oven, you might face some issues as the two burners may not fit exactly under the chimney. This shouldn't be a major problem though.3. The wave (hands-free) feature is good, but I wouldn't recommend using it regularly. I've noticed similar issues with the wave feature as with the touch panel. It's not that it doesn't work, but sometimes you have to try a few times to get it to function. This is quite natural.4. Glen technicians charge ₹650 for installation and ₹1280 for a piece of equipment they attach to the exit part of the pipe. Additional charges apply for drilling or other work, which I found to be a bit expensive.Despite these drawbacks, which are quite natural for this segment, this chimney comes at a good price. I recommend it as it shouldn't cause significant problems in your regular use. Definitely a must-buy from Amazon.
